I like to use notebooks so much that I make them. Not only do I make the full-grain leather cover for them I also cut, sew, and fold the paper notebooks that go inside (will fit a Moleskine and Fieldnotes).
I include a notebook with each cover that I make from 100% recycled paper made about an hour away from my house.
